Mr. Scott is awesome!!!! My AC went out on a day when it was 103° with the heat index, we called Tew Cool and he came out very quickly. He’s very friendly and respectful. He makes for sure that he’s very thorough and he explains everything. I would DEFINITELY recommend Tew Cool for any of your unit needs.

They are helpful and honest. When there was a mistake during the repair, They took ownership or the mistake and absorbed the additional cost themselves. I would have never known if they wouldnâ t have told me. Iâ d trust them with the keys to my house.

I called Mr. Scott and he returned my call within in 5 mins. He quickly set an appointment that was the same day. He came and sat down explained everything to my parents and I before he did his work. Very professional and polite ! He sent the invoice and all he talked about to my mother’s email! We were afraid my parents ac unit was too old to repair some way some how Mr Scott got it working! So after 3 years of window units for my elderly parents they now have central AC ! Praying they work throughout the summer! Thanks again !
