Mr. Scott is awesome!!!! My AC went out on a day when it was 103° with the heat index, we called Tew Cool and he came out very quickly. He’s very friendly and respectful. I called Mr. Scott and he returned my call within in 5 mins. He quickly set an appointment that was the same day. He came and sat down explained everything to my parents and I before he did his work. Very professional and polite ! He sent the invoice and all he talked about to my mother’s email! We were afraid my parents ac unit was too old to repair some way some how Mr Scott got it working! So after 3 years of window units for my elderly parents they now have central AC ! Praying they work throughout the summer! Thanks again !
